I agree that this venue and the competition organisers accept no responsibility for loss or damage to fencers or their equipment. Whilst Leon Paul and the organisers of each event in the Leon Paul series make every attempt to ensure that the events take place in a safe & secure way, the responsibility for the safety & welfare of the young fencers remains with the parent or nominated responsible adult who is acting in loco parentis for that child. If I, as a parent or coach, take a child to an event & leave them there during the day, I will make sure that the organisers are aware of the identity of the responsible adult who is looking after the child. I further agree to abide by the decisions of the organising committee.
